Enrollment Procedures
- Complete and sign registration forms and pay registration fee.
- New 7th through 12th grade students and parents meet with the administrator.
- Complete and sign FACTS registration form.
- Testing of student, if necessary.
- Completed immunization record on file as required for students in the state of Maine.
